Recruitment and Employment
At Fark Ambalaj, vacant positions needed by the management are identified, and employment is carried out by the company management in accordance with the law and specific regulations (such as an equitable approach, leave, salary, holidays, employment contract, etc.).
Employment Contract (Employer Agreements)
An "Indefinite-Term Employment Contract" is prepared between Fark Ambalaj and the employee to be hired, ensuring compliance with workplace regulations and legal requirements while outlining the offered conditions. Employees who accept the job sign the "Indefinite-Term Employment Contract and Overtime Consent Form." A signed copy of the contract is provided to the employee, and orientation training is conducted to familiarize them with the company and all necessary work-related rules and procedures.
Work and Employee Discipline
Fark Ambalaj enforces discipline rules to maintain an orderly working environment. The company does not impose wage deductions as a disciplinary measure under any circumstances. All employees adhere to work procedure instructions while performing their duties.
Collective Agreement / Right to Union Membership
Employees are granted the right to enter into collective agreements and join labor unions. These rights are explicitly stated in the "Indefinite-Term Employment Contract."
Forced Labor (Voluntary Work)
Fark Ambalaj does not engage in forced labor under any circumstances. Employment at the company is entirely voluntary. If an employee chooses to resign, the company cannot prevent or delay their departure unless there is a security-related concern. Employee information is protected and kept confidential within the limits established by law.

Fark Ambalaj values all employees and their contributions. The company is committed to preventing discrimination and ensuring equal opportunities. Employment of Foreign Workers
In compliance with applicable laws, Fark Ambalaj ensures that employment contracts for foreign workers are provided in a language they understand. All personnel procedures, from hiring to termination, are carried out in accordance with current legal regulations. Under no circumstances are workers employed under conditions of indebtedness. The company upholds the legal rights of foreign workers and does not employ undocumented (illegal) workers.
Child Labor (Underage Employees)
Fark Ambalaj strictly prohibits child labor. Except in mandatory cases such as internships or apprenticeship programs, the company adheres to the minimum age requirements set by national and international laws.
Young Workers / Working Hours
Meetings are planned between employees and management to discuss social rights and work regulations. The working hours for young workers are limited to 40 hours per week, while employees over the age of 18 work 45 hours per week.
Working Hours and Salaries (Wages / Compensation)
Fark Ambalaj offers competitive salaries based on the sector and local labor market. The company strictly complies with applicable laws and employment contracts regarding wages, working hours, overtime, and additional compensation. Employees are provided with opportunities to develop their skills and capacities and are supported in their career advancement whenever possible. No discrimination based on gender, religion, language, or race is applied in salary or promotion matters. The minimum wage at Fark Ambalaj is the legally mandated minimum wage.
Rest Days and Holidays
Employees are granted rest and holiday entitlements in accordance with legal rights. Employees who work six days a week are given one day off as a weekly rest day.
